Doodle Deer Colored

I wanted to try coloring something on Photoshop a while back, and this was it. The lineart is by and can be found here:

I was doing some basic practice with coloring and inserting shadows and highlights. So yes, if there was sunlight in here, it would be coming from all angles because I just throw in shadows and such wherever I darn well please. That\'s why I failed art class...they hated me there...

I tried to make it look like the patches in the background were some sort of weird, non-transluscent stained-glass. It's kind of flat.

And yes, I did have too much fun with the butterfly-tool.
